Carol Surya is a registered counselling psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting children, parents, educators and helping professionals. She completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 1995, with a thesis focused on child sexual abuse in South Africa. Her career has included managing a multidisciplinary child-abuse intervention project, running a child-centred private practice and training consultancy, providing trauma support to survivors of the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia, and managing the Psychology Clinic aboard Transnet Foundation’s Phelophepa Health Care Train. Her work on the train contributed to a two-year pilot project that reached more than 53,000 children in rural communities across South Africa.
Carol is also an internationally accredited Journey™ practitioner and qualified Biodanza and Children’s Biodanza facilitator. Since 2024, she undertook additional training in Alignment Therapy, which she offers to children, teenagers and adults and incorporates into her psychological practice where appropriate. She brings her diverse therapeutic approaches into her individual work, organisational wellness programmes, stress-management and self-care training, parenting programmes, and Magical Me emotional-intelligence workshops for children. Carol co-founded WISE (Wellbeing in Schools and Education), which supported educators and learners in under-resourced South African schools from 2017 to 2024. She is the author of Great Kids! Strengthening Their Natural Potential and ParentMagic – Raising Kids Positively, and the creator of the InnerMagic® children’s self-esteem and emotional-intelligence game. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to helping children and adults strengthen their emotional wellbeing, reconnect with their inner resources and thrive.

Adri is a life enthuisiast whose work integrates various modalities to support the body as a living, self-organising system. Moving away from a mechanical view of the body, she works with it as a continuous, connected network where structure, sensation, and internal state are deeply intertwined.
Through gentle movement exploration, touch-based therapies, somatic coaching and creative facilitation, Adri creates a space for the body to reveal and reorganise its patterns. Her work is guided by principles of safety, curiosity, and responsiveness, supporting greater ease, adaptability, and coherence across the whole system.
I love helping people discover just how much better they can feel when their gut is healthy. I believe that good health begins with digestive health, and that when the gut is functioning well, the whole body has the opportunity to thrive.
No two people are the same, and neither are their health journeys. I take the time to understand where you are and work with you to find the therapies and support that best suit your individual needs. This may be colon hydrotherapy on its own, or it may include parasite elimination, a liver flush, Chi Nei Tsang, fasting support, or personalised health coaching.
Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient abdominal therapy that gently encourages the release of physical tension, stagnant energy and stored emotions, supporting the body’s own natural healing processes.
The gut microbiome has become a major focus of modern health research, and for good reason. Many people experience dysbiosis—an imbalance in the gut microbiome—which can affect digestion, immunity, energy levels, mood and overall wellbeing. Through treatments, nutritional guidance and health coaching, my aim is to help restore balance and support lasting health.
Fasting is another area I am passionate about. When practised appropriately, it can be a powerful tool for healing and metabolic health, and I enjoy guiding and supporting people who wish to explore its benefits.
Healthy eating can often feel confusing, with endless advice and cleverly marketed food products competing for our attention. Having experimented with many different ways of eating myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be. Together, we can find an approach that suits your lifestyle, supports your goals and feels achievable.
I am continually inspired by the body’s remarkable capacity to heal when given the right environment and support. My role is to walk alongside you with knowledge, encouragement and compassion, helping you feel relaxed, respected and cared for throughout your journey.
My aim is not only to provide treatments, but also to educate and empower you to make informed choices that support long-term wellbeing.
My journey into gut health began in 2018 after witnessing remarkable healing at a health retreat in Thailand. Inspired by what I saw, I trained as a colon hydrotherapist, building on my previous career as a professional nurse and midwife. Since then, it has been my privilege to help many people improve their health, and I remain deeply grateful to do work that I truly love.
Whether you’re looking for relief from ongoing digestive issues or simply want to feel your best, I look forward to supporting you on your journey to greater health and wellbeing.
